New Blood For Bloglines
Having grumbled about stagnant ‘A-listers’, I’ve been gradually replacing them with more interesting finds such as:
- MailChimp Blog
- There’s lots of hype about how weblogs can help businesses, and one of the ways is by clearly displaying your expertise for all the world to see. The MailChimp people clearly know their stuff, covering every aspect and detail of emailing (including tips for web designers and a great guidebook).
- F-Secure : News from the Lab
- Similarly, by publishing thorough yet readable news, an internet security firm can reassure potential customers that staff really do bother to follow current events in their field (let’s face it, most people don’t keep their skills and knowledge up to date).
- jay is games
- Web games galore.
- Robert’s talk
- Yeah, it’s yet another web-dev blog, but if you’re into JavaScript geekery then it might be worth a look.
- timbl’s blog
- Yes, that timbl, as in the bloke wot invented all this; hopefully he’ll end up posting more often. One criticism: it’s sad to see the author of a great early guide to choosing URLs lumbered with a blogging system that creates such poor ones.
