Finding the Right Copyright Copy

I’ve updated this site’s copyright page to cover the kind of code fragments I’m planning to feature in weblog entries.

Ideally I’m after what Simon Willison recently asked about: an easy-to-use license allowing free widespread use with some encouragement of attribution. Unfortunately, Creative Commons currently doesn’t cover software properly (although it may be OK for what I need?) and I’ve not yet had a chance to look into the numerous alternatives, so for now I’ll stick with a simple statement.
